Who We Are

Engineering background. Field-proven welds.

SES Field Services was founded by a mechanical engineer with over a decade in industrial product development, structural design, fabrication and manufacturing. Every job gets looked at like an engineering problem — what failed, why, and how to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Our hybrid-powered rig carries everything needed for MIG, TIG and stick welding, so there's no generator or power hookup needed on your end. We show up ready to work.

What We Do

  • Mobile Welding

On-site MIG, TIG and stick welding on steel, stainless and aluminum — construction, industrial, commercial and residential.

  • Equipment & Trailer Repair

Cracked frames, broken hitches, damaged buckets and undercarriages — fixed where they sit. No towing.

  • Hardfacing & Wear-Part Rebuilds New

Excavator buckets and teeth, trencher chains and teeth, dozer blades, cutting edges, augers and screw flighting — worn surfaces built back up with hard-wearing alloys so your equipment stays in the dirt instead of the shop.

  • Custom Fabrication

Brackets, racks, guards, handrails, frames and one-off parts — measured, built and installed to spec.

  • Structural & Emergency Repair

Field structural welds, reinforcements and fast-response breakdown repairs when downtime is costing you.

  • Weld Inspection Coming soon

AWS CWI inspection, QA documentation and structural weld assessment.
